GTC and GTB (Centralized Technical Management – Technical Building Management) are the systems used to manage technical equipment in commercial buildings for professional or collective residential use.
- The GTC allows to manage a given technical batch such as lighting or heating and air conditioning.
- The GTB is the upper level of GTC : it manages all the technical installations, such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electricity, but also all the equipment such as elevators, alarms, access control, video surveillance.
A GTB / GTC diagnosis is an engineering mission aimed at analyzing the problems of an existing installation
from an on-site visit, an analysis of existing documents and discussions with current users of the installation
